From this data collection the researchers for their current study selected 824 participants, those regularly dark chocolate consumed, as well as 1317 comparison pro gangs, which consumed no chocolate only very rarely or. They can make the aggressive so-called free radicals among other things developing with inflammation reactions innocuous and protect thus the bio molecules of the body - and therefore also the organs - against damage by these reactive connections.
